Herb Long-Life Soup

A highly nourishing and restorative blend. This Soup is an excellent broth to serve someone who is sick or recovering from illness. This recipe can incorporate any number of tonic or adaptogenic herbs. Use fresh herbs whenever possible, but if unavailable, chopped dried roots will do. This soup also maybe made in a chicken broth base! We already know that chicken soup will help stimulate the immune system.

Sore Thoats & Coughing Recipes

Triple Strength Throat Spray
1 teaspoon Echinacea
1 teaspoon Licorice root
1 teaspoon Sage
1 cup water
A few drops of Tea Tree or Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Make an infusion of the herbs and the water.
Add the essential oil to the tea.
Put the mixture in a mister or spray bottle and squirt into the back of
the throat as needed.

2 parts licorice Root
1 part Cinnamon
1 part Echinacea
